The J. B. Levert Land Company, Inc. is a family owned corporation formed in 1919 that is involved primarily in the development of real estate and management of its holdings in income producing properties in southeast Louisiana.

The Company holds raw land along with industrial commercial buildings for lease, has developed a number of residential and commercial subdivisions for sale and for lease. It maintains a large inventory of agricultural lands which it leases primarily to sugarcane farmers. Prime real estate locations include Baton Rouge, Lafayette, Luling, Mandeville, Metairie, New Orleans, St. Martinville, Slidell and Thibodaux in south Louisiana
