The Levert Companies are family owned businesses that were founded in the early 1900’s engaged in the operation and management of their raw land holdings and improved income producing properties throughout South Louisiana and neighboring states.

What We Do

The Levert Companies consist of Levert – St. John, LLC, the J. B. Levert Land Company, LLC and various other smaller companies. The Companies own undeveloped agricultural lands in conjunction with a number of commercial and industrial buildings. The Companies have also been involved in the planning and creation of a number of residential subdivision developments and commercial building sites for sale and/or lease.
